Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital is seeking a Network Educator (Band 7) to develop and deliver education across the North Thames Paediatric Network, with a focus on the Surgery in Children ODN. The role involves collaborating with clinical leads and partner organisations to advance education that supports safe, evidence-based care for children and young people.

Qualifications

• Hold current professional registration (NMC, HCPC etc.)
• Degree or equivalent
• Qualified to deliver expert education and training to nurses in Paediatric Surgery
• Expert knowledge and experience in managing Paediatric Surgery care
• Evidence of education/teaching and workforce development
• Competent in preparing presentations to groups
• Knowledge of clinical audit
• Competent in organising online education (webinars on MS Teams and Zoom) and face-to-face training

• Support Education delivery for the Surgery in Children ODN
