Doncaster And Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced qualified children’s nurse to join the dedicated children’s unit. The role covers the observation unit and inpatient ward, with occasional cross-site work at Bassetlaw CAU and paediatric ED/neonatal coverage.

Both full-time and part-time hours are available, with an emphasis on family‑centred care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered Children’s Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Evidence of continued professional development and learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic family-centred nursing care to children aged 0–16.
• Act as role model and work with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high care standards.
• Participate in education and ongoing professional development with support from the education team.
