The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is hiring two full-time Paediatric Staff Nurses to join #TeamIOWNHS. You will provide high-quality, family-centred care to children and young people, working with a multidisciplinary team across various clinical settings.

The role involves 37.5 hours per week with shift patterns including long days, nights, weekends and weekdays. The Trust offers development opportunities and a supportive environment for caring, compassionate professionals.

Qualifications

• RN/RSCN/ RN child with current NMC registration
• Good basic education including use of English and Maths
• Basic IT skills
• Evidenced based and experience of reflective practice
• NHS experience in service working with children and young people
• Good understanding of child and adolescent development, Child Protection issues,
• Principles underlying confidentiality and information sharing
