We have apermanent, full time (37.5 hours) position as a Band 3 Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy Assistant covering the Scarborough, Whitby, Ryedale area.
Join our friendly and supportive team dedicated to continuous improvement. This role involves working in various settings--educational, clinical, and home environments--handling a diverse range of speech, language, and communication differences.
We seek someone who is passionate about advocating for our patients. You'll help manage a caseload, deliver speech and language therapy programs, deliver group interventions, and support delivery of training. Collaboration with multiple agencies and specialties is key to effectively supporting the children and families we work with.
Interviews will take place on the 29th May 2025, in Scarborough.
The ability to transport yourself and equipment across the locality during the course of a normal working day is required for this vacancy. Access to a vehicle that can be used for business purposes and hold a full and valid driving licence (role will involve travel to numerous addresses that cannot be easily accessed by public transport means) is required.
