Job summary

NHS Professionals is recruiting a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join a paediatric team in the community setting in Manchester. The role focuses on delivering physiotherapy to children in home, school and community environments, with an emphasis on maximizing functional activity.

HCPC registration is required, with paediatrics experience and NHS exposure desirable. The post offers Monday to Friday shifts and NHS bank flexibility.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered as a physiotherapist.
• Experience working with paediatric populations is essential.
• NHS experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Paediatric Therapy and wider MDT to maximise children’s physical abilities.
• Deliver assessment, advice and treatment to children in home, school and community settings.
• Manage own caseload and maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
• Communicate effectively with families, children and other teams.
