Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced administrator to support the Paediatric Critical Care and Surgery in Children ODN. The role includes complex diary management, coordinating online meetings, and minute-taking, with data collection and reporting support.

The post is non-patient facing, part-time with home or remote working and some travel within the East of England, offering pro rata salary and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Educated to NVQ level 4 or equivalent.
• Experience in NHS or busy office environments preferred.
• Typing qualification or equivalent experience and secretarial know-how.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple ODN team members with diary and inbox management.
• Coordinate online and face-to-face events and minute-taking.
• Prepare data submissions and basic reports for the team.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for education activities.
