Job summary

Tempest Resourcing Limited is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a small independent OT practice in Camberley. The role supports neurodivergent children and young people, across clinic, school, home and community settings, with a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

The successful candidate will have HCPC registration, paediatric experience, and the ability to manage their own caseload while travelling to local appointments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Paediatric Occupational Therapist

£34,000-£48,000 | Camberley, Surrey | Permanent

Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a small independent OT practice based primarily from their clinic in Camberley.

This is a really flexible opportunity working predominantly with neurodivergent children and young people, with most of the caseload aged around 7-18. You'll work across a mixture of clinic, school, home and community settings, supporting young people with a range of sensory, functional and social, emotional and mental health needs.

They're looking for an OT with some existing paediatric experience who is comfortable working independently. You don't need to be extremely senior - there's an experienced team around you - but you will need to be confident managing your own clinical work and travelling between appointments.

One of the biggest selling points is the flexibility. They can consider full-time, part-time and even term-time only working, alongside flexible start and finish times and hybrid working.

• Previous paediatric experience
• Comfortable managing your own caseload independently
• Happy working across clinic, school, home and community settings
• Able to travel locally between appointments
• Enhanced DBS (we can put this in process for you)
