Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home in the Manchester area is seeking a Paediatric Nurse (RNC) to join our Community Complex Care Team. You will support children with complex health needs to live safely and independently at home, providing high-quality, person-centred care and developing your clinical skills.

We offer training, clinical supervision, and a supportive team to help you grow. Shifts include days and nights with pay rates £28.37–£34.67 per hour (including holiday pay).

Qualifications

• Registered nurses with paediatric registration and community experience.
• Nurses with a passion for learning and professional development.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate community care.
• Previous complex care experience is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Care for children with complex health needs at the patient’s home.
• Work with individuals and families to deliver person-centred care.
