Libertatem Healthcare Group is looking for a Paediatric Nurse with experience in complex care to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes, with a focus on supporting children and young people with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to clients with complex medical needs in their own homes, including non-invasive ventilation, enteral feeding, suctioning, medication administration, oxygen therapy, and seizure management as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and the wider healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Promote independence and quality of life for clients while ensuring safety and adherence to care plans.
