A healthcare service provider in the UK is looking for passionate Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality complex care at home. You'll support clients with their daily routines, including medical management and personal care. The role offers flexible shifts, a supportive onboarding process, and opportunities for further training in a compassionate environment.
Registered Nurse — Hourly Pay: £28.50 - £34.00 depending on shift. Location: Bristol. Day and night shifts available.
Due to the location of the clients' home, a full UK driving licence is preferred. We have a robust onboarding process. As a new employee, you will complete training and paid induction, and shadow another member of your team to understand your role and get to know colleagues. Your care management team will support you during induction to help you apply training in practice, and you will build your own support network from day one with your management team, colleagues and Group Support.
You will spend your time with clients in their homes, supporting with their daily routines.
You must be a qualified Nurse and hold current NMC registration. We are looking for passionate individuals who go above and beyond, and who will apply their skills and experience to deliver high-quality care to clients with complex health needs in the home.
Being a Libertatem Nurse means being good with people and earning clients’ trust. If you have a caring personality and relevant experience, we provide access to online and classroom training in specific complex care needs.
Depending on the client, you may work alone or as part of a team. You may support more than one client if you have the availability. Before you start, you will meet your client and family, with day-to-day support from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager who is always available to assist. Our Carer App provides information and insights to help you in your role.
