Pulse Nursing at Home delivers clinically outstanding, personalised homecare to children and adults across England. As a registered paediatric nurse, you will provide high quality, person-centered care to our clients in their own homes, with a 1:1 focus and support to help them stay safe and independent.

This role involves caring for an 8-year-old boy with complex needs, including duodenal atresia and ultrashort bowel syndrome.

Formación

• UK-based 6 months nursing experience within the last 2 years.
• Actively registered with the NMC.
• Experience with personal care, medication administration and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 home setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Able to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Administer medications and manage clinical interventions.
• Support with moving and handling and documentation.
• Enrich clients' quality of life through community interaction.
• Work on night shifts as required and adhere to care plans.
