NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde invites applications for a Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist, Band 6, based at the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow. 1.0 WTE – 36 hours per week, permanent position.

The post focuses on paediatric musculoskeletal physiotherapy within a dynamic team, offering opportunities across inpatients, outpatients and specialist clinics, with involvement in national services, education and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about paediatric musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Desire to work within paediatrics and keen to learn.
• Experience in MSK paediatrics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Caseload includes inpatients, outpatients and specialist clinics in paediatric MSK.
• Support three national services: burns, obstetric brachial plexus palsy and haemophilia.
• Evening on-call, weekend and public duties will be required.
• PVG Scheme/Disclosure Scotland check required.
• Engage in research and development/quality improvement activities.
