University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Metabolic Disease Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join their team in Bristol, United Kingdom. This role involves providing expert care and support to children with metabolic disorders, coordinating emergency management, conducting specialist tests, and educating healthcare professionals and families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
The CNS will be pivotal in managing patient care from diagnosis through ongoing treatment, including transition or end-of-life care, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
