Are you a Paediatric Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading UK charity for children with brain injuries, is seeking a dedicated Paediatric House Manager to lead a team in providing exceptional care to children with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Paediatric Nurses and care staff
  • Oversee care coordination, education, and rehabilitation for children
  • Ensure clinical excellence, including tracheostomy and ventilator care
  • Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage staff development, recruitment, and governance
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary up to £58,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • 35 days holiday (including Public/Bank Holidays)

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Paediatric Nurse with NMC registration and mentorship qualification
