University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated dietitian to manage a paediatric home enteral feeding caseload across community settings in Plymouth. The post requires strong communication and autonomous clinical skills, with involvement in student training and collaboration with Derriford Hospital and the local dietetics department.

The role emphasises paediatric nutrition, home enteral feeding management and multidisciplinary teamwork within the Trust’s community services.

Qualifications

• BSc in Human Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
• HPC Registered.
• Completion of Clinical Supervisory Skills training course.
• Desirable: PENG course, paediatric course.

Responsabilités

• Manage own caseload of paediatric home enteral feeding patients in the community.
• Provide specialist dietetic care and advice for paediatric patients.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and liaise with other professionals.
