NHSH Paediatric Complex Care Team is seeking flexible, caring, and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Workers. A comprehensive training and professional development program will be provided.

This role involves caring for children with various needs in their homes or educational settings, with shifts including days and nights, 365 days a year. Flexibility in working hours is expected.

The role is rewarding, supporting children and families to access education and providing parents with respite. Support includes accompanying children/families during school, hospital visits, outings, and respite care.

Experience working with children or in community care is essential. Travel within NHS Highland is required, limited to within 60 miles of the base, especially in Raigmore and Fort William.

Must have a full driving license and access to a personal car for business use.

Full and part-time, permanent, and fixed-term/secondment contracts are available.
