Join our community nursing services as a Paediatric Haemoglobinopathy Clinical Nurse Specialist. This new role supports both community and hospital services at MMUH.
As part of the Haemoglobinopathy improvement programme, we seek a passionate Community Haemoglobinopathy Nurse to collaborate with specialist teams and community services, serving children with sickle cell and thalassaemia across our region.

The post holder will contribute to delivering and developing high-quality haemoglobinopathy services in collaboration with the teams, providing care at home and in hospital as needed to ensure standards and equity of care.
Work with haemoglobinopathy teams across the West Midlands to develop and deliver a high-quality community-based haemoglobinopathy service, caring for children with sickle cell disease and thalassaemia in various settings to improve standards and equity of care.

Provide specialist nursing support to ensure high-quality care for children and young people with haemoglobinopathy disorders in both acute and community settings.

Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, pro-rata
