You will work within multidisciplinary teams across acute and community settings, lead on education for families, liaise with schools and services, and contribute to policy development and transition from paediatric to adult neurology services.

• Assess and plan care for children and young people with epilepsy, coordinating across acute and community settings.
• Lead on education for children, families and carers about seizure management and self-care.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless service and safe discharge planning.
