Nottingham University Hospitals NHS seeks an Epilepsy Specialist Nurse to assist in developing and delivering services for children and young people with complex paediatric epilepsies. The role focuses on improving patient pathways, reducing admissions, and enhancing the experience of patients and families.
You will grow as an evidence-based practitioner and innovator, providing safe, high-quality care aligned with national standards.
To assist in the development and delivery of service provision which meets the needs of children and young people under specialist care with complex paediatric epilepsies diagnosis and achieves associated national guidance/agendas. To participate in projects/activities which enhance patient pathways, reduces length of stay and unnecessary admissions and attendances to the Emergency Department and improves patient and families experience. To develop oneself as a nurse specialist to that of evidence based practitioner and innovator who provides quality, safe patient care in line with national and international standards of excellence.
