Job summary

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Dietitian with UK registration.
• Proven ability to work in paediatric settings and community clinics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly face-to-face and virtual community clinics for children and young people.
• Support families with evidence-based nutritional advice and personalised care plans.
• Contribute to group education programmes and resource development.
• Work with GPs, community teams and other healthcare professionals to optimise nutritional care and prescribing.
• Participate in audit, service improvement and student supervision activities.
