Care First 24 is a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK. We work with a diverse client group with a variety of care needs. We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensures the client feels comfortable and safe in our care. We strive to make a positive difference.

We have a robust but fast registration process and induction, and we offer all staff a variety of learning and development opportunities.

Role requirements

  • You must have 2 years of paediatric experience working in a health or social care setting as a Paediatric Complex Carer.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Driving license preferred.
  • Commitment to quality care and support.

You'll be providing care and support to a paediatric client, whose individual needs include:

  • Bipap
  • Oral suctioning
  • Nebulisers
  • Peg feeding
  • Medication
  • Stoma care
  • Manual handling
  • Saturation monitoring
  • Non-invasive ventilation
  • Seizure management
  • Autism awareness
  • Learning disability awareness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
