Job description

Are you an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead with a passion for delivering high-quality care in the community? This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing community complex care providers in the UK, supporting children and families across East London.

The Role

As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:

• Develop and oversee personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide hands-on support to children and families in the community.
• Train, mentor and supervise carers to ensure excellent clinical standards.
• Work closely with MDTs, CHC nurses and commissioners to deliver safe, effective care.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children and their families.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Children’s Nurse (RSCN) with an active NMC PIN.
• At least 18 months’ UK paediatric nursing experience.
• Recent tracheostomy and ventilator care experience (within the last 2 years).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Band 5 or Band 6 nurses with leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

• Salary up to £55,000 DOE.
• Hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days in the community).
• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends or nights).
