In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice, identifying and managing risks to safeguard the welfare and safety of staff and service users. Everyday you will...
  • Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments with service users and their families
  • Develop individualized care plans in partnership with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure goals are patient-centered, realistic, and achievable
  • Create risk management plans for service users, escalating high risks and working with stakeholders to monitor and review effectiveness
  • Deliver clinical training to staff within care packages
  • Ensure regular reviews of clients' care in line with company policies, maintaining high standards of clinical practice according to organizational and national guidelines

To thrive in this role, you must have...
  • A Paediatric Nursing degree with an active NMC pin
  • Experience in complex or critical care, with competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation
