Job summary

Komplex Group is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Care Assistant in Sutton Coldfield to provide high-quality care for children with complex needs. This role requires working flexible weeknight shifts, focusing on individual care plans for severe learning disabilities and autism.

Qualifications

• Experience in paediatric care is preferred.
• Ability to provide personalized care to clients with complex needs.
• Compassion and understanding in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to a child with severe learning disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities to enhance independence.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Registered Nurse.

Job description

Job Title: Paediatric Care Assistant | Location: Sutton Coldfield | Pay rate: £14.42 per hour | Hours: Weeknights: 3 shifts a week (Mon - Sun | Days 7am - 9pm)
