Join Superior Healthcare as a Paediatric Care Assistant in Crawley!

Your responsibilities will include supporting our 1-year-old client with clinical interventions such as BIPAP, oxygen monitoring, NJ and NG tube feeds, and medication administration.

The ideal candidate has previous experience working with paediatric clients.

Shift Pattern:

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.

  • Type: Day Shifts

Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
  • Follow the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
  • Prioritize the client's wellbeing and raise safeguarding concerns.
  • Provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, ventilation, and tube feeding.
Requirements
  • A driving license is preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience supporting complex care clients.
  • Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
  • Blue light card – we’ll pay for it.
  • Thorough paid training and supported induction, with annual refreshers.
  • In-house wellbeing team to support you.
  • Employee events throughout the year, including social outings.
  • Support from our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors.
