A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking dedicated individuals to join their Paediatric Bank Team. This role involves delivering high-quality care on various wards, supporting acutely unwell children, and upholding the Trust's values and vision. The position offers opportunities for orientation and flexible bank shifts. Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills and commitment to patient care.
We are looking to welcome individuals who are committed to delivering high quality care with a positive and caring attitude, have excellent communication skills and be committed to the HUTH NHS Trust Vision and Values by joining our Paediatric Bank Team. Bank shifts will be available in paediatric areas such as:
You would be welcomed by our substantive team and would be offered supernumerary shifts to orientate you to the wards prior to being counted in the nurse staffing numbers. Shifts will be sent to the bank and available for booking periodically but also on a last minute basis.
HUTH has two main sites: Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital with an annual budget of approximately £500 million. The Trust employs around 11,000 staff and serves an extended population of 1.25 million, delivering a number of outpatient services from locations across the area, extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively.
