Linden Lodge School is a leading provider of education for children and young people aged – years with profound and multiple learning difficulties and sensory impairment, including deaf-blindness, physical disability, and complex medical needs.
We are a growing service focused on integrated and evidence-based working, expanding to meet the needs of our pupils. Our team includes on-site PT/OT and SLT staff working across the school to provide therapy and support service development.
We have an opening for a Band 6 Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, passionate about integrated working and career development, to join our team within a special school setting.
You will work with a supportive team committed to high-quality therapy, with opportunities for professional development through CPD and a protected training budget. The position offers NHS Agenda for Change pay and conditions, and the option to continue or start an NHS Pension fund.
The working pattern aligns with the school year, with term-time hours and additional weeks during school holidays, scheduled flexibly to suit your needs and the service.
To support flexible working, annual leave can be taken during term time and compensated during holidays.
