Provide CIC is seeking a Lead Paediatric Audiologist to lead a community paediatric audiology service, focusing on babies over 7 months and children. The role combines clinical audiology with leadership, education and service development to improve outcomes for young patients and families.

You will support the Operational Lead, manage staff, ensure safe patient-centred care and drive continuous service improvements across multiple community settings.

Qualificações

• Lead and develop the Paediatric Audiology Service, including staffing and clinic utilisation.
• Undertake audiological assessment of babies over 7 months and children.
• Provide rehabilitation and counselling to patients and families affected by hearing loss and tinnitus.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake audiological assessment of babies aged over 7 months, children and adults.
• Provide clinical leadership and operational management within the service.
• Analyse clinical data and develop appropriate management plans.
