A leading NHS Foundation Trust in London is looking for an experienced nurse to join their Paediatric Emergency Department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care, assist with management tasks, and support junior staff. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a commitment to providing compassionate care. This role plays a significant part in maintaining a high standard of patient care in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team within the fast pace environment of the Paediatric Emergency Department.
We are looking for nurses who can demonstrate a kind, compassionate, positive attitude, with a desire to provide effective and efficient urgent and Emergency Care practice.
As a senior member of the nursing team you will be expected to support and lead staff within the Paediatric Emergency Department; acting as a role model and working cohesively with the multidisciplinary team.
You will be expected to assist senior nursing staff with management requirements ensuring that quality service is maintained. You are expected to participate in education throughout the unit and hospital and ensure quality is maintained.
