NCIC is recruiting a Paediatric Senior Staff Nurse (Band 6) for Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle. The role supports the Children’s ED with a new paediatric department, offering leadership and development opportunities in a fixed-term contract.

The post requires RSCN registration, PILS/EPALS, and experience in acute paediatric or A&E settings, with potential progression within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse Child with active registration.
• NST 307 or equivalent qualification.
• Postgraduate certificate or equivalent development.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care within remit.
• Provide clinical leadership to ensure effective patient care and resources.
• Mentor, teach and supervise pre-registration students and healthcare assistants.
