Role Overview

You will be the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be attentive to customer needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist effectively.

Role Responsibilities
  • Greet and thank customers, wishing them farewell warmly, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Provide exceptional service, helping customers find products suitable for them, both in-store and via multi-channel sales.
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
  • Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
  • Maintain shop floor and back of house tidiness.
  • Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
  • Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
  • Adhere to all company policies and GDPR procedures.
