Role Overview
You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do, greeting and serving them in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will attentively learn about our products to assist customers effectively.
Role Responsibilities
- Greet and thank customers, wishing them a fond farewell, ensuring a memorable experience
- Provide exceptional service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales
- Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills
- Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and shop floor presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house
- Stay updated on company activities and promotions
- Support floor moves, sale setups, and product launches
- Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures

Experience
- Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
