Packout Trainee Machine Operative
Location: Europarc, Grimsby
Shifts: Rotating – 6am–2pm | 2pm–10pm | 10pm–6am
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £12.64 (Day Shifts) | £14.04 (Night Shifts)

About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Packout Trainee Machine Operatives for a busy soup manufacturing site located on the Europarc in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in food production, with full training provided and the chance of a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and monitoring machinery in the packout area

Assisting with the packaging of finished products

Performing quality checks on packaging and labelling

Keeping the production area clean and safe

Following food hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

No previous experience needed – full training provided

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Comfortable working on a rotating shift pattern
