Job summary

Charlie Bigham's is hiring a Packing Team Member for a 34-hour week condensed into three days. Friday to Sunday shifts are 7am–5pm on Friday and 7am–7pm on Sat/Sun.

You will ensure dishes meet quality standards and support a fast-paced production line this role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail and adherence to food safety. Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing dishes.

Responsibilities

• Use specialist equipment to identify and remove dishes not meeting quality standards.
• Carefully measure and add toppings to finish dishes to a high standard.
• Refill packing machines with cardboard sleeves or boxes.
• Accurately stack boxed dishes onto pallets and move completed pallets to Logistics.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and a clean workspace.
• Complete food preparation records and logs.
• Carry out shift handovers.
• Flag equipment issues within your area.
• Work as part of a fast-paced team to achieve the daily production plan.
