Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd in Wrexham is seeking a Packing Technician to operate and optimise state-of-the-art packing lines. You will work with automated systems, ensure quality and safety, and contribute to fast-moving production in a GMP environment.

The role follows a Mon-Fri shift pattern (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm on alternating weeks). You will maintain equipment, perform fault finding, and support continuous improvement in line with cGMP standards.

• Able to take initiative, be productive and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage automated and semi-automated packing lines, ensuring seamless operations.
• Handle the transfer of products and materials into and out of cold storage with precision.
• Maintain full compliance with cGMP standards in all activities and documentation.
• Ensure safety improvements within the packing function, maintain inspection-ready housekeeping, and adhere to EHS mandatory training schedules.
• Perform equipment and process fault finding, implementing corrective actions to keep everything running smoothly.
