• Lead the department or line team to become motivated and engaged through organizing job rotation, conducting performance and probation reviews on time, staff training, coaching, delegation, and regular performance communication.
• Support the Line Manager by taking personal responsibility and covering when necessary.
• Champion health & safety and embody the Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values.
