Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking 4 reliable Packing and Process Operatives for a leading food production site in Bishop's Stortford. This is a 4-on, 4-off days rota (12-hour shifts) on fixed days, 7:00 to 19:00, with PPE provided. Roles involve packaging high-quality food products and working within a modern factory team.

Experience in food production is a plus, but a great attitude and reliability are essential. Training will be provided to support newcomers joining the team.

Qualifications

• Manual handling may be required on site.
• Food production experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle ingredients and materials (some lifting/manual handling).
• Operate production and packing machinery safely.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on the line.
• Report line production issues and opportunities for improvement.

Salary: GBP13.59 - GBP13.59 per hour + Days 7am to 7pm

The Role :

Working within a modern dynamic factory team responsible for packaging high-quality food products.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Handling ingredients and materials ( some lifting manual handling )
• Operating production and packing machinery safely
• Maintaining safety and quality standards
• Communication of line production, reporting improvement within the process

Food production experience is a huge plus ( training will be given ) , but a great attitude is essential.
