Job summary

HRGO Recruitment are seeking 4 reliable Day Shift Packing and Process Operatives for a leading food production site in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire. The role operates on a fixed 4-on/4-off 12-hour shift pattern and offers potential progression to permanent roles.

Daily tasks include handling ingredients, operating packaging machinery, and maintaining safety and quality standards within a modern factory team. Training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Food production experience is a plus and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle ingredients and materials (some lifting/manual handling).
• Operate production and packing machinery safely.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Manage clean, efficient shift handovers.
• Communicate line production and report improvements within the process.
