Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently recruiting Packing Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Cowes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known premium skincare brand, helping to create beautifully presented gift boxes and customer orders in a fast-paced fulfilment environment. No previous experience is necessarily required, but you must be reliable, have good attention to detail and be comfortable working quickly to meet daily targets.

The Role You'll be part of a busy team assembling gift sets and preparing products ready for dispatch. The work is repetitive but rewarding, and speed and accuracy are essential.

Your duties will include:

• Assembling gift boxes and promotional product packs.
• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Checking products for quality and presentation.
• Following packing instructions and quality standards.
• Keeping your work area clean and organised.
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.
