Job description

Machine & Packing Operative - Bridgwater - Temporary to Permanent - GBP12.75 - GBP15.15 an hourAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for Machine and Packing Operatives for their client who is based in central Bridgwater.

Hours of work:

• 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• 2 shifts 6.45am to 6.45pm then 2 shifts 6.45pm to 6.45am, then 4 shifts off
• You receive 2 x 30 minute paid breaks each day.

Rates of Pay:

• For the first 3 months GBP12.75 per hour
• Rising to GBP15.15 per hour after 3 months

The Role:You will be working in a manufacturing environment where full training will be given on how to operate the machines and pack the products correctly. The training will take 4 - 6 weeks to get trained on each machine and you will be given the opportunity to be trained on multiple machines.
