Bella+Duke Ltd in the United Kingdom (Inverkeithing) is seeking a reliable warehouse operative to join our fulfilment centre. The role blends production line and warehousing duties, focusing on accurate order assembly, packing quality checks and maintaining hygiene to meet food safety standards.

You will work Sunday to Thursday 06:00–14:00 in a close‑knit, fast‑moving team. Roles require physical fitness, good English literacy, and the ability to follow procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume processing environment.
• Understanding of hygiene or sanitation processes in a factory setting.
• Good English literacy and numeracy for documentation and safety instructions.
• Good attention to detail for quality and hygiene compliance.
• Ability to follow procedures consistently and work independently.
• Experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with FMCG sector.
• Forklift experience is beneficial, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and pack customer orders, meeting specified packing standards.
• Conduct quality checks on all packed orders.
• Manage and locate over-stocked items to facilitate the efficient compilation of customer orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Ensure full compliance with all company procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with DPD drivers during shipment collections, ensuring manifests are printed correctly and on time.
• Be flexible and prepared to provide assistance to other departments when necessary.
• Adhere to strict H&S procedures.
