Job description

Primary Purpose of Role

This role will be working within the Packing and Logistics team to ensure manufacturing spares and ship kits are packed and shipped in accordance with quarterly revenue targets.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm (week 1) and 2pm to 10pm (week 2). A shift premium applies for any shifts worked.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packing and shipping manufacturing products, ship kits, upgrades, and short shipment jobs.
2. Liaising with the manufacturing shop floor to monitor the completion of tools.
3. Coordinating with the SPTS stores team to ensure all kitting is received correctly according to BOMs.
4. Creating and managing shipping documentation.
5. Collaborating with SPTS in-house shipping contractor for timely handover of kits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Computer literacy, including Excel and Word skills, is crucial.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Good attention to detail is a must.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at C or above, or equivalent knowledge gained in a similar environment.
