The Job:

We’re looking for an experienced Packhouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a busy soft fruit packhouse based in Hampshire. You’ll be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring fruit is packed to specification, maintaining food safety standards, and driving productivity across your shift. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a background in fast-paced fresh produce environments.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience supervising within a packhouse or FMCG environment
