Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, team leading or supervision.
• Mechanically minded with ability to support machinery set-ups and troubleshooting.
• Skilled at maintaining production, quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support production staff throughout the shift.
• Assist with production planning and ensure customer orders are completed efficiently and on time.
• Support machinery set-ups, changeovers and adjustments.
• Identify and resolve machinery or production issues to reduce downtime.
• Monitor productivity, quality and overall production performance.
• Train and support team members, helping to maintain consistent working standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety, hygiene and GMP requirements are followed.
• Work closely with Technical, Planning, Distribution and Maintenance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes and team performance.
• Take responsibility for the packhouse operation when required.
