Base pay range

CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for a Packer/ Quality Control Inspector in Blackburn, BB1.

Duties will include:

• Prepare and pack products for shipment according to company and customer specifications
• Assist in identifying recurring quality issues and recommend improvements
• Document inspection results and report any non-conformities to the supervisor
• Ensure products meet quality standards, including size, color, labeling, and packaging
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects or inconsistencies
• Handle products with care to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
• Label and seal packages accurately
  
  

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or quality control environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Heavy lifting is involved
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills
  
  

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Thursday, 7:45am - 4:45pm

Friday, 7:45am - 1:45pm

Pay:

£12.25 per hour
