Dunbia Group at Treburley is seeking Packers to join our fast-paced meat packing team on a Monday–Friday 6.00am–2.30pm shift. You will pack, weigh and label products to customer specifications.

The role starts at £12.71 per hour, with a throughput bonus that can raise earnings to £13.66 per hour for good attendance and performance. No prior experience is required, though experience in food factories is welcome.

£12.71 - £13.66 per hour (includes throughput bonus)

If you’re looking for a career in the food industry we are one of Europe’s leading food processing companies. We are looking for “Packers” to join our existing team at our Treburley site.

You’ll be responsible for the packing, weighing and labelling of meat products as per customer specification on a shift pattern of Monday to Friday from 6.00am to 2.30pm. It’s a real team effort and you’ll benefit from the support and company of your fellow packers as you work to achieve your daily goal. You’ll need to be physically fit and have a flexible approach to work with it being such a fast paced and dynamic environment. Experience within other food factory environments is desirable but not essential.

As a packer you will receive a base rate of £12.71 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £13.66 p/h.

No experience necessary, although some experience in a similar role would be beneficial
