Job summary

Dunbia Group, Treburley site, is seeking reliable packers to join our team. The role involves packing, weighing and labeling meat products to customer specifications on a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 to 14:30. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where teamwork and physical fitness are essential.

Starting at £12.71 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to £13.66 per hour through a throughput bonus; no sponsorship for overseas applicants is available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; previous food factory experience beneficial.

If you’re looking for a career in the food industry we are one of Europe’s leading food processing companies. We are looking for “Packers” to join our existing team at our Treburley site.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for the packing, weighing and labelling of meat products as per customer specification on a shift pattern of Monday to Friday from 6.00am to 2.30pm. It’s a real team effort and you’ll benefit from the support and company of your fellow packers as you work to achieve your daily goal. You’ll need to be physically fit and have a flexible approach to work with it being such a fast paced and dynamic environment. Experience within other food factory environments is desirable but not essential.

As a packer you will receive a base rate of £12.71 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £13.66 p/h.
