Job summary

Travail Employment Group is recruiting a Warehouse Operative - Packer for the Wellingborough area. The role involves packing products, using scanners, tape guns and computers to print labels, and supporting quality control.

You will work Monday to Saturday, 08:00-17:00, with a day off in the week, be on your feet for long periods, and follow health and safety guidelines. On-site parking and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Physically able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift heavy items occasionally.
• Reliable with good teamwork.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join a well-established warehouse company as packers in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a strong work ethic who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the warehouse manager.

Key Responsibilities will be :

• Pack products using scanners, tape guns and computers to print labels.
• Assist in quality control of products.
• Meet quality standards and targets of packing each day.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Applicants must be comfortable with standing for extended periods, as the role involves being on your feet throughout the shift with heavy lifting at times and using stair ladders to reach high stock on shelves.
