Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced Packaging Technologist for a three-month project starting as soon as possible. The company produces tasty food products and is currently consolidating their product range into a new brand, which involves halving their SKUs across manufacturing.

The role involves supporting the rollout of the new branding by:

1. Ensuring the appropriate card and outer packaging for each pallet to optimize customer delivery.
2. Verifying pallet stacking formulations for efficient transport within the supply chain.
3. Confirming packaging specifications across the product range.
4. Identifying cost reduction opportunities during redesign.
5. Collaborating with the marketing team on design optimization for customer experience and supply chain efficiency.
6. Supporting stock balancing in warehouses.
