Opportunity to join a leading UK food manufacturing group in a newly created Packaging Technologist role.

As Packaging Technologist, you’ll be joining a supportive NPD & Innovation team, developing innovative new packaging solutions. You’ll work closely with the product development team to devise effective and creative packaging for chilled food products supplied to leading UK food brands.

Working closely with the Packaging Development Manager, you’ll source innovative new packaging materials from suppliers, ensuring they meet customer requirements and sustainability targets. You’ll research the market to ensure the business continues to lead in innovation, identifying new opportunities to improve packaging.

The role involves ensuring all NPD and EPD projects meet key deadlines and that the correct packaging data is tracked. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in Packaging Innovation, sustainability, and the food sector.
